Peel garlic and chop very finely. Mix garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Wash the shrimps and remove the black intestine. Add the prawns to the marinade and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. Remove from the marinade, dab dry with kitchen paper and wrap each with 1 slice of bacon. Put the prawns on skewers and fry them in hot oil for about 2 minutes. Then season with pepper to taste.
