Ingredients

  • 2 Limes
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 g liquid honey
  • 3-4 Tbsp Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime slice and mint

    Squeeze the limes. Place the quark, mascarpone, yoghurt, vanillin sugar, sugar, honey and lime juice in a mixing bowl and mix well with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in mineral water. Pour the cream into a bowl and serve decorated with a slice of lime and mint as desired
