Ingredients

  • 100 g Milk and dark chocolate
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 500 g Whipped cream
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chocolate rolls and icing sugar

Directions

    Roughly chop the chocolate. Separate eggs. Bring 125 g cream to the boil in a small pot. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Melt the chocolate at low heat while stirring constantly and stir until smooth.

    Place in a metal bowl and place on a warm water bath. Mix the egg yolks and vanillin sugar. While stirring, let it run into the melted chocolate. Whip to a thick cream on the warm water bath. Remove from the water bath and stir in the liqueur. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in portions. Leave to cool slightly. In the meantime, whip the rest of the cream until stiff. Fold into the cooled cream in portions.
