Ingredients

  • 1 Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Avocado
  • 400 g Smoked salmon (in one piece)
  • 4 Wheat tortillas (with linseed; à ca. 20 cm Ø)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Salad cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Wash the salad, spin dry and cut into strips. Halve and seed the avocado, remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices. Cut salmon into 1-2 cm thick strips.

    Roast tortillas one after the other in a hot pan without fat on each side for about 1⁄2 minutes, then place them next to each other on the work surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of salad cream on each one. Spread the lettuce, avocado and salmon on top as wide horizontal stripes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Fold one side of the wrap slightly over the filling and roll it up tightly from below.
