Ingredients

  • 375 g Potatoes
  • 150 g Leeks (leek)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 1 Bockwürstchen
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chive rolls
  • 25 g Radish sprouts

Directions

    Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces. Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Put vegetables in 400 ml boiling water. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes.

    Slice the sausages, add them to the stew and warm them up. Refine stew with cream, season again. Serve sprinkled with chives and sprouts.
