Potato soup with sausages

Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 20 g green bacon (unsmoked white bacon)
  • 1 kg floury potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 1 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 collar Soup Greens
  • 4 Vienna sausage
  • 4 Stem(s) Marjoram
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS ripened cream

Directions

    Onions peel and in small cubes cut. Skip the bacon in the pot. Peel and wash potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Remove bacon and sauté onions in the fat.

    Add the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and paprika and pour on the broth. Clean and wash the soup greens, peel if necessary and cut into small cubes. Add the vegetables, except for the leek, to the soup and cook at medium heat for about 15 minutes.

    Cut the sausages into pieces. Add slices of sausage and leek to the soup. Wash marjoram and parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Add cream and half of the herbs to the soup, bring to the boil again.

    Garnish with the remaining herbs.
