Potato soup with bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 5 Potatoes waxy
  • 1 rod/s Spring onions
  • 2 Tuber/s Garlic
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Ginger
  • 1 pinch(es) salt & pepper
  • 1 pinch(es) Nutmeg powder
  • 3 Disc/s Bacon Ham
  • 1 litre Broth

    Cutting everything

    Brown the potatoes and the garlic book, pour in the broth so that everything is just covered, let simmer

    Chop the spring onions

    after about 20 min. simmer on medium heat, add cream and season to taste

    Fry the bacon and put it on the ready served soup

  6. 6

    fits the bill: Lamb's lettuce with beetroot, walnuts and mustard dressing
