Racletterie: Bacon and fig gratinado

The figs in the bacon coat are already grilled. But they are happy to join goat's cheese and honey in the hot pan again.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe figs
  • 8 Washer/s (thin) Bacon
  • baking paper
  • 250 g Goat Cheese Roll
  • 4 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash and quarter 4 ripe figs. Halve 8 thin slices of bacon. Wrap 1 fig quarter in each. Distribute on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Switch on the oven grill. Grill figs in the oven on the middle shelf for about 5 minutes, turning once.

    For the raclette: cut 250 g of goat's cheese roll into slices and place in 8 pans. Spread the bacon figs on top and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of liquid honey. Fry in the raclette machine until the cheese has melted. Season with pepper.
