  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 375 ml clear broth (instant)
  • 1 package (50 g) frozen greens
  • 150 g low-calorie knackwurst
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Peterslie

Directions

    Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Cook in boiling broth for about 15 minutes. Add soup vegetables after 5 minutes. In the meantime cut the sausages into slices. Puree half of the soup with the chopping stick.

    Warm up the sausages in it. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with parsley.
