Potato salad with salmon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 100 g smoked salmon in slices
  • 100 g Salad cream with mustard
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • several sheets Lettuce

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Boil eggs hard in about 10 minutes. Pour off, rinse with cold water, peel and cut into slices. Wash and dry cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Cut salmon into strips. Drain the potatoes, rinse with cold water and peel. Let cool and cut into slices.

    Mix salad cream, oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the dill, dab dry and cut finely. Add to the sauce. Mix potato slices, cucumber, salmon and eggs with the sauce. Arrange potato salad with lettuce on a plate
