1 small stick of leek (leek)
1 can(s) (315 ml) Mandarin Oranges
1-2 TABLESPOONS Curry Powder
1 package (1 kg) Potato salad
100 g salted, roasted peanut kernels

##Leek## clean, wash and cut into fine rings. Pour ##Mandarin## oranges into a sieve and collect the juice. Mix 6 tbsp. juice and curry. Carefully mix potato salad, mixed curry powder, leek, ##peanuts## and mandarin oranges.
