Ingredients

  • 2 kg Potatoes
  • 6 Egg Yolk
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herbal salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 red and green peppers
  • 1 package (70 g) Breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful peppercorns
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and grate them coarsely with a kitchen grater or in a food processor. Mix with egg yolk, sour cream, salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Season to taste. Clean, wash, core, halve and cut the peppers crosswise into fine strips.

    Add to the potato shavings and mix in. Grease the fat pan of the oven. Add the potato-paprika dough and smooth it down. Halve the bacon crosswise and lay it on the dough.

    Finally sprinkle some spiced pepper over it. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 40-50 minutes. Results in about 12 pieces.
