Ingredients

  • 750 g small firm boiling npotatoes
  • 250 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 red, yellow and green peppers
  • 200 g Salami in one piece
  • 30 g clarified butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp PeppersNoble sweet peppers

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook covered in a little water for about 15 minutes. Clean, wash and break the beans into pieces. Cook in salt water for about 15 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into short strips.

    Remove the salami from the skin and cut it into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Drain the beans and let them drip off. Drain potatoes, peel and let cool. Heat clarified butter in a pan. Brown the peppers and beans in it, take them out.

    Fry the potatoes in frying fat until golden brown all around. Add salami and fry briefly. Add vegetables and heat up briefly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
