Ingredients

  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small red pepper
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh or dried thyme
  • 20 g Salmon ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Fry in hot oil while turning for about 10 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Add to the potatoes and fry for about 3 minutes. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Add to the pan.

    Whisk the egg and 1 teaspoon cold water. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Pour it over the vegetables and let it simmer covered at low heat. Cut ham into cubes and sprinkle over the omelette. Possibly serve with salad
