Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 Onions
  • 1⁄2 Federation Parsley

Directions

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan with a lid. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly (see tip). Season with salt and pepper and remove. If necessary, rub the pan with kitchen paper.

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into slices of about 3 mm. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Cover the potatoes and fry them for about 10 minutes. Then open and fry for another 5 minutes until crispy.

    In the meantime peel the onions and cut them into rings. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely.

    Add minced meat and onions to the potatoes and fry for another 3 minutes. Season to taste. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with a mixed salad.
