Fixed pork tenderloin Thai style

Ingredients

  • 300 g Pork tenderloin
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 1⁄2 Tsp Sambal Oelek
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 200 g Basmati rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 100 g red lentils
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cashew nuts

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut finely. Mix with soy sauce, honey, sambal oelek and sesame oil. Cook rice in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Clean and wash broccoli, cut into small florets.

    Rinse the lentils and cook for about 8 minutes, add the broccoli for about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse. Peel, wash and grate carrots.

    Remove the meat from the marinade and fry in hot oil. Fry lentils, rice, broccoli, carrots and marinade for approx. 5 minutes. Fold in cashew nuts. Serve.
