Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g new potatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1–2 red chillies
  • 500 g Pork sausage

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into slices. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the potatoes for about 15 minutes while turning. Season lightly with salt.

    Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into short strips. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Clean, wash and cut the chilli peppers into rings.

    Remove the potatoes from the pan and keep warm. Fry the ground pork in the hot pan for about 10 minutes until very crumbly. After about 5 minutes add paprika, spring onions and chilli. Add potatoes to the pan, fold in and arrange.
