Ingredients

  • 100 g Potatoes
  • 2-3 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 (50 g each) Tomatoes
  • 50 g Cucumber
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp flat leaf parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 100 g calorie-reduced poultry salad

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and boil them in the skin. In the meantime wash the salad and let it drain. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk, cut the tomatoes in half and cut them into half slices. Wash the cucumber and cut it into slices. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and oil to a salad dressing.

    Wash the herbs and dab dry. Cut parsley into strips, chives into small rolls. Put vegetable slices on a plate, drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with herbs. Peel the potatoes. Add salad leaves, chicken salad and potatoes
