Wash the potatoes and cut into slices. Mix with oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 40 minutes. Wash herbs and chop with garlic. Mix both with quark and season to taste. Arrange everything with cold cuts
Do not be stingy with fresh herbs. They are bursting with vital substances and bring a lot of aroma. A good substitute out of season is frozen goods
