Ingredients

  • 300 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 (approx. 300 g; leek) stalk of leeks
  • 50 g Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 4 TABLESPOONS ripened cream

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Remove, rinse in cold water and drain. Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Clean and wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Heat a coated pan and roast the sesame seeds in it until golden brown.

    Remove and put aside. Brush the pan with oil and fry the mushrooms and leek for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add broccoli and rice and fry for about 5 more minutes. Arrange vegetable rice on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and add 1 tablespoon of sour cream
