Potato burger with vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 pack (75 g) Croquette powder
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 2 (100 g each) fine uncooked bratwursts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 packages (300 g each) Chinese pan-fried vegetables
  • 7-10 Tbsp some smooth parsley leaves

Directions

    Stir the croquette powder into 200 ml cold water and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Add sausage and 2/3 chives to the croquette mixture and mix.

    Season with pepper. Form 12 oval cookies from the mixture. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the biscuits in it in portions until golden brown. Fry the vegetables in a pan over high heat for 3-5 minutes.

    Then cook over medium heat for 4-6 minutes. Stir several times. Put 3 cookies garnished with parsley leaves on shish kebabs. Arrange the vegetables on plates, arrange the skewers on top and sprinkle with remaining chives.
