Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) large white beans
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 125 g celery or see tips
  • 1 TEASPOON + 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 small green salad (e.g. romaine lettuce heart)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 1 Onion
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 4 Caper apples

Directions

    Rinse the beans and let them drain. Peel or clean, wash and slice the vegetables. Fry in 1 teaspoon hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Let cool off

    Wash and chop the tomatoes. Clean, wash and pluck the lettuce into bite-sized pieces

    Whip vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and chop parsley. Stir into the marinade. Mix with the prepared salad ingredients and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. Garnish with caper apples
