Breadcrumbs, salt and paprika powder.
mix. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into slices with the skin on if necessary.
Mix the potatoes with oil and crumb mixture and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 45 minutes. Goes well with roasted.
Fish fillet or fried chicken.
