Potato and garlic dip

Ingredients

  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Poultry broth
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 1 package (25 g) TK-herbs (e.g. Italian)
  • 250 g Sour cream or crème fraîche

Directions

    Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Cook in little salted water for about 20 minutes

    Peel onion and garlic. Chop both finely. Bring the broth, vinegar, onion, garlic and herbs to the boil briefly. Drain potatoes and mash them finely. First stir in the warm stock, then the sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper
