Drain the potatoes and vegetables in a sieve. Wash the marjoram, dab dry, put some leaves aside for garnishing. Chop the rest finely. Cut the smoked pork loin into cubes. Mix the vegetables with the smoked pork loin and marjoram and place in an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coarsely crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned. Garnish with remaining marjoram and serve
