Roast potatoes with garlic & prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 75 g clotted cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 500 g small new potatoes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 young garlic bulb
  • 3 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 8-10 cooked shrimps (approx. 20 g each; without head and shell)

Directions

    Clean and wash the spring onions. Cut 1 into rings, the rest into pieces. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup and spring onion rings. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half lengthwise. Fry them in 2 tablespoons of hot oil for 20-25 minutes. Cut garlic into cloves (do not peel). Wash and pluck the thyme. Fry garlic, pieces of spring onion and thyme for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and chili

    Shrimps wash, dab. Fry in 1 tbsp. hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with the roast potatoes, season to taste. Serve with the dip
