Pork steak with rice

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon or lime juice
  • 4 Pork cutlet (approx. 120 g each)
  • 1 can(s) (1062 ml) Corncob
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and grated lemon

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Peel onions and cut into rings. Mix both with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Wash the meat and put it in a bowl. Mix with the prepared marinade, cover and leave to stand for about 1 hour.

    In the meantime dab the corn dry and cut into thick slices. Wash parsley and cut into strips. Remove meat from the marinade, dab dry. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the meat on each side for approx. 2 minutes on a high heat. Take out. Steam onion mixture in frying fat, fold in parsley. Fry the corn pieces in 2 tablespoons of oil in another pan while turning for about 5 minutes. Serve meat, onion vegetables and corn garnished with parsley and lemon peel.
