Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 ¾ cups white flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup(s) demerara sugar
  • 1/3 cup(s) Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cup(s) mashed bananas
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ cup of coconut flakes
  • 1 Box mould

Directions

    Grease a box mould (20 cm x 10 cm). Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.

    Then stir in the oil, the eggs, the coconut flakes and the mashed bananas until everything is nicely blended.

    Put the dough into the prepared form and bake in the oven for about 1 hour!
