Pork cutlet with cumin with paprika vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Lemons
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS ground cumin
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Pork chops (about 200 g each)
  • 1 red, green, yellow peppers
  • 2 small cloves of garlic
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar

Directions

    Squeeze the lemons. Mix juice, cumin and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate the pork chops for about 1 hour

    Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the bell peppers in it for about 8 minutes. Sprinkle sugar over it and let it caramelize. Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a 2nd large frying pan. Remove the chops from the marinade and fry them in the pan for approx. 8 minutes, turning them over. Add marinade and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Arrange chops and peppers on plates. Roast potatoes taste good with it
