  • 4 Persons a 10 PPs
  • 600 g Pork escalope
  • 1 can(s) Coconut milk reduced fat
  • 3 TSP red curry paste
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Fish sauce
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Peanut Butter
  • 3 TSP Sesame Oil
  • 2 Federation Spring onions
  • 600 g Carrots

Directions

    Cut the meat into cubes and fry in oil, remove from the pan and stir-fry the spring onions and carrots for about 10 minutes. Add the meat, red curry paste, fish sauce, peanut butter and coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
