1 small ripe pomegranate
500 ml "Pomegranate Green Tea" (e.g. from Arizona)
900 ml chilled champagne

Halve the pomegranate, remove the seeds and put them into 10 champagne glasses. Spread the well chilled iced tea on the glasses and fill up with sparkling wine.
