Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Corn coarse
  • 1/2 kg Corn fine
  • 7-10 Tbsp abundant salted water
  • 7-10 Tbsp some sage leaves
  • 3 dl Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Spices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan

Directions

    Bring water to the boil and add salt.

    Add corn to the boiling water, stir well, set temperature to minimum, cover pan and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

    Sauté sage in butter, add cream and spices and pour over the polenta balls. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake briefly in the oven.
