  • 50 g Marzipan,
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Powdered sugar,
  • 1 can(s) Peaches

Directions

    Defrost the puff pastry,place 6 slices on a baking tray covered with baking paper.2 Cut the slices into strips.brush the edges of the puff pastry with egg white.place the strips on top.place some marzipan in the middle with the peaches.cover the edges with egg yolk.

    Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, while still hot, with icing.
