Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g Pointed cabbage
  • 4 Carrots
  • 3 Onions
  • 400 g Turkey Breast
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TSP Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 200 g Flatbread or 4 rolls

Directions

    Cleaning and washing vegetables. Cut cabbage into strips, carrots into slices. Peel and chop onions

    Dab the meat dry, dice it and fry it in hot oil until golden brown. Fry vegetables and onion briefly. Stir in 200 ml water and stock. Cook for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with pepper and soy sauce. Eat the bread with it
