Plaice rolls in mustard sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 large stick of leek (leek)
  • 3 (approx. 400 g) large carrots
  • 4 Plaice fillets (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 4 (approx. 100 g) thin slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Butter
  • 1/8 l White wine or broth
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Schmand
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS coarse mustard
  • 12 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean the leek, peel the carrots. Wash both and cut into fine strips (approx. 4 cm long)

    Wash the plaice fillets, dab dry and halve lengthwise. Sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Halve the salmon slices. Place one half on each 1 fish fillet, roll up and pin

    Melt the butter in a pan. Sauté the vegetables briefly in it. Season with salt and pepper. Place fish rolls on top. Add wine and 150 ml water. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes

    Lift out the fish and vegetables and keep warm. Stir the sauce thickener into the brew and add approx

    Simmer for a minute. Stir in the sour cream and mustard, season to taste. Serve everything. Add dill potatoes...
