Plaice roll with paprika sauce

Ingredients

  • 30 g Long grain rice
  • 2 red and yellow peppers
  • 3 Schollenfilet (ca. 70 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dilldolden
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Cook the rice in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and cut them into small pieces. Cook red and yellow pepper pieces separately in little salted water for about 15 minutes.

    In the meantime wash the plaice fillets and dab dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Roll them up and fix them with wooden skewers. Bring salted water to the boil and place the plaice rolls in it, let them simmer at low heat for about 8 minutes.

    Puree 1/3 each of the red and yellow pepper pieces and pass through a sieve. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Arrange the plaice rolls with the paprika vegetables and the paprika sauces on a plate.

    Add rice. Garnish with a dill umbel.
