Pizza soup with Cabanossi

Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 300 g Cabanossi or other garlic sausage
  • 2 can(s) (850 ml each) Tomatoes
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Vegetable broth
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Pizza spice
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar, salt, white pepper
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 4-6 red and green peppers (glass)

Directions

    Peel onions and garlic. Cut onions into slices, chop garlic. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms

    Heat the oil in a large pot. Sear the mushrooms in it, take them out. Sauté onions and garlic in frying fat. Cut the sausage into slices, fry briefly

    Deglaze with tomatoes and 1/2 l water. Bring to the boil and stir in the stock. Season with pizza spice, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer covered for about 20 minutes

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Chop the pepperoni into small pieces. Add the mushrooms and spring onions to the soup about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season soup again
