  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Pizza sauce oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 can(s) Tuna fillets "naturale" without oil (net content: 115 g, dry weight 81 g)
  • 100 g Spring onions
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml, 5-7 pieces) Artichoke Hearts
  • 75 g cooked ham in wafer-thin slices
  • 100 g light cheese rasp (17 % fat absolute)
  • 4 Stem(s) Oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    For the base, mix flour, 1 teaspoon salt and yeast in a bowl. Add 200 ml lukewarm water and olive oil. Work into a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Then knead again well with floured hands.

    Roll out on a greased baking tray (32 x 39 cm) sprinkled with flour. Let the dough rise again in a warm place for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, put the pizza sauce in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Drain the tuna in a sieve and tear apart. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings.
