Defrost the peas. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Beat the eggs and cream. Stir in peas and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into pieces and leave it crispy in a pan.
Grease small moulds (150 ml content) with the bacon fat. Spread the egg mixture evenly. Let it simmer in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 17-20 minutes. After 10 minutes, stir the mixture at small intervals (push together). Serve with the bacon
