- 125 g Tomato and curry ketchup
- 7-10 Tbsp Salt
- 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper

Drain the pineapple and mash it. Mix tomato and curry ketchup. Fold in the pineapple puree. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
