Pineapple herb with Cabanossi

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small onion
  • 50 g Cabanossi light (21 % fat)
  • 2 discs Pineapple (can)
  • 200 g Sauerkraut
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Potato puree powder

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the sausage into thin slices. Cut pineapple (possibly only 1 slice) into pieces

    Fry the sausage in a coated pan without fat. Fry the sauerkraut, onion and whole pineapple. Add 100 ml water and bay leaf. Cover and braise for about 10 minutes

    Bring 6 tablespoons of water and 1 pinch of salt to the boil. Remove the pot from the stove. Pour in milk and stir in puree powder. Stir vigorously again after about 1 minute. Season the cabbage and serve
