Pineapple and mandarin fruit salad

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 Baby pineapple
  • 2 Tangerines
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 Basil stalk
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (approx. 70 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Walnut halves and cinnamon stars

Directions

    Peel the pineapple, cut it in half and cut out the stalk. Cut the flesh into pieces. Peel mandarins, cut into fine slices. Sprinkle fruits with liqueur and lemon juice. Pluck basil leaves.

    Puree sugar and basil in the universal chopper. Peel banana, cut into pieces and mix with the rest of the fruit. Arrange the fruit and a scoop of ice cream in portions. Sprinkle with basil sugar. Serve garnished with walnut halves and cinnamon stars
