Ingredients

  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 5 TSP Cinnamon
  • 200 g Honey cake
  • 18 TSP Almond liqueur
  • 1 Carambola (star fruit)
  • 12 Physalis (Cape gooseberries)

Directions

    Mix quark, mascarpone, mineral water, vanillin sugar, sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Cut the honey cake lengthwise into 6-7 slices and cut out 6 circles (each 4, 6 + 7 cm Ø). Place a small slice of honey cake in each martini glass. Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of liqueur. Add a layer of mascarpone cream. Dust with cinnamon and add another layer of cream.

    Cover with a slice of cake and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of liqueur. Add half of the remaining cream, cinnamon and 1 slice of cake. Sprinkle with liqueur again and finish with the remaining cream. Dust a star with cinnamon. Clean the carambola, grate dry and cut into slices. Decorate Tiramisu with carambola and physalis
