Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 can(s) (236 ml; ; extract weight: 140 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pineapple
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Banana
  • 30 g cooked ham
  • several sheets green salad
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sour cream (10% fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 1 washer Whole grain toast
  • 1/2 slice Pineapple to garnish

Directions

    Cut the pineapple into pieces. Peel and slice the banana. Cut ham into strips. Wash the salad, dab dry and chop a little. Season sour cream with curry.

    Arrange the prepared ingredients with the sauce. Garnish with a slice of pineapple. Serve with a slice of toast.
