Pineapple Almond Pudding

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Almond" (for cooking; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1/2 (425 ml) fresh or 1 can of pineapple
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Almond kernels with skin

Directions

    Stir pudding powder, sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in pudding powder, bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Cool down the pudding a little

    Cut 2 slices of pineapple and quarter them. Peel the rest of the pineapple, cut into slices and remove the stalk. Finely dice the pineapple. (Drain cans of pineapple and cut into small pieces.)

    Whip the cream until stiff. First add the pineapple pieces, then the cream to the pudding. Pour into dessert bowls and let cool. Coarsely chop the almonds and sprinkle over the pudding. Decorate with pineapple quarters
