  • 5 Stem(s) Thyme and oregano
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 small green peppers
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 400 g Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Wash herbs, shake dry. Pluck leaves from the stems and chop them. Peel onion and cut into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely.

    Wash and clean the pepperoni and cut into fine rings. Mix herbs, pepperoni, onion, garlic and oil. Cut cheese into cubes and marinate with the prepared herb oil for about 30 minutes. Arrange in a bowl
