Pickled cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g green and black olives with stone
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cloves
  • 300 ml Basil Oil

Directions

    Clean and wash the tomatoes. Dab them dry thoroughly. Peel onions and garlic. Cut onions into rings. Place tomatoes, onion rings, garlic and olives on preserving jars so that they are filled up to 2/3 full.

    Spread cloves over it. Add oil until the vegetables are completely covered. Close well.
