- 200 g Whole milk couverture
- 25-30 g white couverture

- 7-10 Tbsp red food colouring
- 4-5 (approx. 20 g) red cherries
- 1 (approx. 18 g) candied lemon slices
- 1 TEASPOON finely chopped pistachio kernels (3-4 g)
- 7-8 (approx. 5 g) white chocolate decor hearts
