Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 1/8 l + 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 40 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 125 g Low-fat curd
  • 150 g Flour
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 6 (300 g) peach halves, from the glass, suitable for diabetics
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 60 g Apricot Jam
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

  1. 1

Put 1/8 l milk in a pot. Take off about 2 tablespoons of it and stir it smooth with the pudding powder. Bring the milk to the boil. Stir in the pudding powder and let it boil up briefly. Stir in 50 g quark, season to taste with sweetener, set aside and allow to cool while stirring occasionally

  2. 2

In the meantime, knead the flour with the remaining quark, diabetic sweetener, 3 tablespoons of milk, oil, baking powder and salt with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Roll out to approx. 30x40 cm on a floured work surface. Cut squares of about 10x10 cm. Fold the corners towards the middle and press them on. Put about 1 tablespoon of pudding in the middle of each

  3. 3

Halve the peaches and cut into fans. Place 1 fan on each pudding particle. Stir egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth and brush the particles with it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 ° C / fan oven: 150 ° C) for about 15 minutes. In the meantime bring apricot jam with lemon juice to the boil. Take out the pudding, let it cool down for about 5 minutes and spread with the apricot jam
