Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 50 g ground almonds without skin
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 package (5 g) Orange Back
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 125 g Butter
  • 1 Egg yolk for spreading
  • 1 TEASPOON condensed milk
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp red food colouring
  • 7-10 Tbsp Love Beads
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mini chocolate lentils
  • 7-10 Tbsp pastry jewellery
  • 4 (approx. 20 g) fruit gum strings, Strawberry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Gold & Silver Beads
  • 7-10 Tbsp Litter decoration, 3 x winter
  • 4 round wafers (90 mm Ø)
  • 2 piece(s) white coconut mice bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add almonds, sugar, vanillin sugar, orange baking, salt, egg and butter in pieces. Knead first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then briefly with your hands to a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a 0.8-1 cm thick plate. Now cut out 8 circles (small approx. 5.5 cm Ø/ large approx. 7 cm Ø) and 8 reindeer (large approx. 9 cm long/ small approx. 5 cm long).

    Carefully insert the ice cream sticks as far as possible into the circles and reindeer and place them on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Mix the egg yolk and condensed milk and brush the cookies with it. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool down on the baking tray, then let them cool down on a cake rack. Mix icing sugar, 1 tablespoon hot water and 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice to a thick icing. Take off about 3 tablespoons and colour half of it red. Put the white and red icing in a disposable piping bag and cut off a small corner. Stir the rest of the icing a little thinner with a tablespoon of lemon juice or hot water. Take off 1/3 of it and colour it red. Now coat the reindeer cookies with white or red icing as you like or spray outlines and decorate them colourfully with love beads, mini chocolate lentils and coloured sugar beads. Decorate the round cookies as angels (small circles) or Santa Clauses (large circles). Angels for it put hair from fruit gum strings and put a hair ring of gold and silver beads or colorful sugar stars.

    Stir the rest of the icing a little thinner with a tablespoon of lemon juice or hot water. Take off 1/3 of it and colour it red. Now coat the reindeer cookies with white or red icing as you like or spray outlines and decorate them colourfully with love beads, mini chocolate lentils and coloured sugar beads. Decorate the round cookies as angels (small circles) or Santa Clauses (large circles). Angels for it put hair from fruit gum strings and put a hair ring of gold and silver beads or colorful sugar stars. For the wings, cut wafers in half and stick them under the angels' heads with a little icing. Santa Claus gets a beard made of a cut-through coconut marshmallow and a thick red cap made of red icing with a white pearl rim. Now let the lollipops dry for 2-3 hours
